New Cancellation Fees On Amazon, Flipkart

Amazon and Flipkart restructured seller fees ahead of India's festive season. Amazon now charges cancellation fees based on order value (2-10%), effective August 17, and will raise closing fees from Sep 7. Flipkart introduced a three-tier penalty system (₹30-₹90) for dispatch delays and cancellations, effective August 23. Sellers say added costs burden small businesses.
