The Supreme Court declined to order reopening of the CBSE Class 12 re-evaluation portal for students challenging the On-Screen Marking system. Chief Justice Surya Kant said the portal was available for a specified period and reopening it could trigger numerous fresh claims. The plea also raised concerns over OSM's technical implementation and teacher training.
