Chintha Jerome: DYFI Kerala Gets First Woman President

The Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI), the CPI(M)'s youth wing, has elected Chintha Jerome as the first woman president of its Kerala unit. The Kollam native, who rose through the SFI, was chosen at the organisation's 16th State Conference in Thrissur. Vijin became State Secretary, while Rahul was appointed Treasurer, marking a significant change.
