2 workers were killed and several others seriously injured after a reactor explosion triggered a fire at Hazelo Lab Private Limited in Telangana's Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district late Friday night. The incident occurred during a shift change at the Pochampally mandal unit. Police and fire teams rescued workers, hospitalized the injured, and launched an investigation.
