Actor Siddharth has explained why he has avoided item songs throughout his career. He said he does not want to feature in songs where a woman is surrounded by men behaving inappropriately. Siddharth also said he is open to playing flawed characters, provided the story does not promote a wrong message. He prefers meaningful roles over protecting his hero image.
