Russia and Ukraine exchanged 103 captured soldiers in their latest prisoner swap. Such exchanges remain among the few areas of cooperation since Moscow launched its offensive in 2022. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said those freed included Mariupol defenders and troops captured across seven frontline regions, while promising efforts to free others.
