AAP sources said former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain was arrested by the ACB from his residence on Tuesday in connection with an alleged sewage treatment plant tender scam. The ED had earlier chargesheeted Jain and 13 others under the PMLA. The agency alleged that the accused were involved in generating and handling crime proceeds worth Rs 17.70 crore.
