Tata Sons' 108th AGM was adjourned for the first time ever due to a lack of quorum. The meeting, chaired by outgoing chairman N. Chandrasekaran, could not proceed as the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and Sir Ratan Tata Trust failed to jointly nominate a representative. The two trusts together hold around 51.5% of Tata Sons.
