LoP Rahul Gandhi welcomed the end of the hunger strike by students in Jharkhand, praising the Hemant Soren government for choosing dialogue. Soren cancelled the JSSC-CGL exam and recruitment tests conducted by TDPL since 2014. A committee was also formed for exam reforms. Student leader Devendra Nath Mahato said the broader fight for reforms will continue.
