Indian domestic stock markets opened largely losses on Tuesday, August 18. The BSE Sensex slipping 271.21 points, or 0.35%, to 77,457.25, while the NSE Nifty 50 dropped 55.05 points, or 0.24%, to 24,233.11. Meanwhile, the Indian rupee was trading at ₹95.71 against the US dollar. Investors also remained very cautious amid mixed global oil market cues.
