Indian domestic stock markets opened largely losses on Monday, August 17. The BSE Sensex slipping 315.15 points, or 0.40%, to 77,695.15, while the NSE Nifty 50 dropped 71.01 points, or 0.29%, to 24,295.11. Meanwhile, the Indian rupee was trading at ₹95.61 against the US dollar. Investors also remained very cautious amid mixed global oil market cues.
