Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has approached the Supreme Court against an Allahabad High Court order concerning allegations of disproportionate assets. The high court had asked the CBI to submit a fresh report on its inquiry and allowed the ED to act if it finds evidence of wrongdoing. The Supreme Court may hear Gandhi’s plea on August 17.
