Two people, including a two-and-a-half-year-old child, died after a major fire broke out on the 11th floor of a high-rise in Mumbai’s Vile Parle on Tuesday night. Firefighters rescued several trapped residents and controlled the blaze after about an hour. Four others were injured and admitted to Nanavati Hospital, where their conditions are stable.
