Stalin Calls TVK Budget A ‘Damp Squib’

DMK chief M.K. Stalin criticised the TVK government's first Budget, calling it a "damp squib" and accusing it of copying previous DMK schemes. He said key election promises were ignored and the Budget lacked vision. Udhayanidhi Stalin also alleged the government simply renamed existing welfare programmes instead of introducing new ones.
