Red Alert In Assam, Kerala, And MP: IMD

India is set for active monsoon conditions with widespread rainfall, the IMD said. Red alerts are in place for Assam, Kerala, and MP today due to extremely heavy rain risks. The Northeast, especially Assam and Meghalaya, will see intense showers. Several northern, central and eastern states, including UP, Bihar, and Odisha, are also likely to receive heavy rainfall.
