Student activist Devendra Mahto ended his water fast after a video interaction with Sonam Wangchuk. In a post on 'X,' he said Wangchuk's guidance and encouragement inspired their movement, and at his insistence, they took water. Mahto added that the indefinite hunger strike and Satyagraha protest will continue, while inviting Wangchuk to visit Ranchi.
