Varun Tej Says Telugu Cinema Lacks True Horror

Varun Tej, stars in horror-comedy "Korean Kanakaraju," said true horror remains largely unexplored in Telugu cinema. He believes the genre has a huge audience and can offer a strong theatrical experience. He added that horror films create a bigger impact in theatres than OTT platforms. He said a star hero entering the genre could significantly expand its reach.
