The Bengal STF arrested alleged Jaish-e-Mohammed member Hamid Mandal in Bardhaman. Police said he is linked to Pulwama mastermind Sajjad Bhat and was staying in a rented flat. Based on recovered documents and phone data, investigators suspect he was planning an attack on BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari. The investigation is continuing.
