Viral Video Triggers Action Against Excise Constable

Telangana excise constable in Kamareddy was suspended after a viral video allegedly showed him demanding a ₹200 bribe from truck drivers at a checkpost. The district excise department launched an inquiry into the incident. Officials said vehicle checks at the border will continue to prevent illegal transport of liquor and other banned substances.
