Mallikarjun Kharge today welcomed the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026, in the Rajya Sabha but called it incomplete. He said the Centre must take additional measures to prevent paper leaks across the country. He added that the Bill alone wouldn't resolve the challenges and crisis faced by students due to exam irregularities.
