Ashok Gajapathi Raju, who is the current Governor of Goa and former Union Minister, grandly flagged off 'Pushpa Prachara Ratha Yatra' (floral chariot procession). The entire hill route is resonating with chants of 'Govinda' as thousands of devotees walk alongside the chariot.
