TRS founder Kavitha appointed Maripelli Madhavi as the Telangana Jagruthi state president today. Madhavi will also lead the organisation's Women's Federation. She played a key role in the Telangana statehood movement and promoting Bathukamma globally. Telangana Jagruthi also announced new appointments for its youth, legal, student and Hyderabad wings.
