The Supreme Court suggested setting up special courts for daily hearings in Manipur ethnic violence cases. It asked the CBI and SIT to quickly finish investigations and provide chargesheets to victims. The court also directed the state to support the probe and said speedy trials are needed to deliver justice to affected families.
