Union Minister Jitendra Singh today said the Centre is ready for talks on all issues, adding that he and JP Nadda will attend the discussions. He said meetings can be held at Nadda's office or residence. The government has sent four proposals and extended a standing invitation to youth, stressing it is open to dialogue anytime, anywhere without ego.
