Sikkim Tunnel Collapse Kills 7, Rescue Efforts Underway

7 people died and around 27 workers remain trapped after a landslide hit an under-construction tunnel in Sikkim's Namchi district, triggering a suspected gas leak. Rescue efforts by NDRF, SDRF and other teams are ongoing but hampered by methane, poor visibility and narrow passages. Authorities said the priority is saving workers and investigation will follow.
