Centre Confirms Telangana's IIM Proposal

The Centre confirmed it has received Telangana's proposal to establish an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Hyderabad. The Education Ministry said new IIMs are planned based on regional needs and resources. Telangana remains among the few states without an IIM, while the state continues to press the Centre for approval.
