Bombay HC Cancels Shiv Sena Leader Ramesh Mhatre’s Bail

The Bombay High Court cancelled Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre’s bail and ordered him to surrender by July 19. The court said the lower court failed to consider his criminal record, including 18 cases. Mhatre was arrested after an alleged assault on doctors at a Dombivli hospital, which led to protests by medical groups across Maharashtra.
