Telangana Gives MoS Rank To Two Govt Whips

The Telangana government has given Minister of State status to Legislative Council Government Whips Addanki Dayakar and Balmoor Venkat. The status will remain valid during their term as whips. All government departments and district officials have been directed to extend them official protocol and courtesies under the State Warrant of Precedence.
