A Nampally court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of Mehboob Alam Khan, an accused in the murder of Hyderabad advocate Khaja Moizuddin. The next hearing is scheduled for July 17. Moizuddin's son welcomed the order. Police allege the advocate was deliberately run over by an SUV while pursuing cases related to land grabbing and Waqf encroachments.
