Ketan Agarwal's mother, Rakhi Agarwal, appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for speedy justice in her son's murder case. She urged that Ketan should not become "just another case file" and demanded strict punishment for the accused. Earlier, Ketan's father had also sought a fast-track investigation from President Droupadi Murmu.
