Cult favourite mythological horror-fantasy film "Tumbbad" is getting a sequel, with "Tumbbad 2" officially announced. Sohum Shah returns as the lead, while Nawazuddin Siddiqui joins the cast. Alia Bhatt has also been joined and will reportedly shoot for 20 days. Directed by Adesh Prasad, the film is filming in Mumbai and releases on December 3, 2027.
