AP CM Chandrababu will visit the Godavari region today to launch the replacement of 117 ageing floodgates at the Dowleswaram Cotton Barrage, a ₹152.95-crore project aimed at strengthening infrastructure. He will also interact with local farmers and TDP cadre at Pichukalanka before inspecting the ongoing construction of the Polavaram dam, including the main dam.
