An eyewitness said a boat carrying Indian tourists near Vietnam's Phu Quoc Island overturned within 300-400 metres of departure, killing 15 people. The group from Lava Mobile was on a company outing. Rescue teams arrived quickly, but medical help was delayed. Survivors returned to their hotel, while some victims' families were left devastated by the tragedy.
