FIFA To Review Referee Letexier After Egypt's Complaint 

FIFA will review referee Francois Letexier's performance following Egypt's formal complaint over controversial decisions in their 3-2 loss to Argentina. Egypt requested his removal from the tournament, but a country cannot veto referee appointments, only FIFA's committee decides. Letexier also officiated the Euro 2024 final. Past complaints rarely led to exclusions.
