The Centre has denied reports of an immediate E-25 petrol rollout, saying no decision has been made beyond E-20 fuel. Officials said E-20 has been safely used for over two years after proper testing. Any future increase in ethanol blending will happen only after scientific studies, technical checks and government approval.
