Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar accused the BJP of trying to deny voting rights to poor and minority communities through the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process. He said the state government is helping people protect their voting rights by creating awareness and supporting voters in completing the Election Commission's process.
