AP High Court To Hear SIT Plea In Saikrishna Case

The Andhra Pradesh High Court will hear the SIT's petition today in the Saikrishna lock-up death case, challenging a lower court order that granted CI Nagaraju's custody. The SIT has objected to directives requiring audio and video recording of probe and restricting questioning to Rajahmundry Jail. It is expected to provide clarity on Nagaraju's custody.
