Ritabrata Banerjee Faction Seizes TMC Headquarters

A political clash broke out in Kolkata as Ritabrata Banerjee’s faction of TMC took control of the party headquarters at the Metropolitan Building and put up banners naming Arup Roy as chairperson. The move comes ahead of an Election Commission hearing, as rival groups fight for control of leadership, organisation and party symbol after a split.
