Delhi HC Grants ₹1 Crore To Family Of Accident Victim

The Delhi High Court awarded over ₹1 crore compensation to the family of a fourth-year engineering student from Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology who died in a 2017 road accident. It also granted over ₹84 lakh to another victim's kin. Justice Anish Dayal enhanced the compensation, revising the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal's 2020 award.
