Delhi HC Seeks Fast Ruling On Plea To Remove Rathee’s Video

The Delhi High Court directed the Centre’s Grievance Appellate Committee to decide within 15 days a plea seeking removal of YouTuber Dhruv Rathee’s video. The petitioner claimed it hurt Hindu religious sentiments and was defamatory. The court warned that ignoring its order would be taken seriously and allowed fresh legal action if needed.
