The Bombay High Court cancelled Maharashtra Police’s order removing SDPI leader Saeed Ahmad Chaudhary from Mumbai for a year. The court said protesting and raising slogans against the govt cannot justify externment. It questioned whether he was targeted for his political views and stressed that free speech and dignity are protected by the Constitution.
