Lt Gen Pushkar Becomes Southern Command Chief

Rajesh Pushkar assumed charge as the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Indian Army's Southern Command. The Operation Sindoor veteran succeeded Sandeep Jain and highlighted operational readiness, joint operations, indigenous capability development and the use of modern technology to strengthen national security and future military preparedness.
