AIADMK Suffers 6th MLA Resignation Since TN Assembly Polls

MR Vijayabhaskar, former Tamil Nadu transport minister and MLA from Karur, resigned from the AIADMK, deepening challenges for Palaniswami after the party's second consecutive poll setback. Vijayabhaskar submitted his resignation to TN Speaker JCD Prabhakar, marking the sixth MLA resignation since the Tamil Nadu Assembly polls held two months ago.
