Delhi, Uttarakhand On High Alert Over Terror Threat

A terror alert has been issued in Delhi and Uttarakhand after intelligence inputs warned of a possible Khalistani attack. Temples, railway stations, police offices and govt. buildings are under tighter security. The alert followed a suspicious email naming possible targets. Separately, Rajasthan ATS arrested a woman over alleged links with a Pak-based terror group.
