Rupee Drops 15 Paise To 94.48 Against Stronger Dollar

The rupee weakened by 15 paise to 94.48 against the dollar in early trading, pressured by the strengthening dollor in global markets. Forex dealers noted that while steady debt and deposit inflows supported the rupee, concerns over Gulf tensions. The domestic currency opened at 94.42 after closing 7 paise higher at 94.33 against the dollar on Friday.
