India-EU Trade Deal To Be Signed By December: Goyal

India and the 27-nation European Union will sign a free trade agreement by December and implement it by February-March next year, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said. About 93% of Indian exports will gain duty-free access to the EU, while luxury cars and wines may become cheaper. Together, India and the EU account for 25% of global GDP and major global trade.
