Delhi Opens First Full-Fledged Women Police Station

Delhi has opened its first full-fledged women police station in North Delhi’s Subzi Mandi area. Staffed entirely by women officers, the station will handle crimes such as domestic violence, harassment and assault. It will also conduct counselling, awareness programmes and legal support initiatives to improve women’s safety and access to justice.
