Over a month after the swearing-in controversy, the Tamil Nadu Assembly today began proceedings with 'Tamil Thaai Vaazhthu' and concluded with the National Anthem. Notably, for the first time since the 1990s, the National Anthem was played before the Governor's address, marking a shift from the long-standing protocol followed during Assembly proceedings.
