SC Refuses Plea In Multi-State Cyber Fraud Case

The Supreme Court refused to hear a petition by a man accused in several cyber fraud cases seeking to combine FIRs from different states. Chief Justice of India Surya Kant called cyber criminals "parasites" who cheat innocent investors and said they should be dealt with harshly. The court allowed the petitioner to seek relief from concerned High Courts.
