Essel Group Chairman Sells Delhi Bungalow For Rs 1,260 Cr

Essel Group Chairman Subhash Chandra sold his Delhi bungalow in Lutyens' zone for Rs 1,260 crore. He bought it for Rs 304 crore in 2015. The nearly three-acre property on Bhagwan Das Road was purchased by a Delhi-based business family. The deal is one of the most expensive recent real estate transactions.
